From Emergency Restoration to Beauty Delights: My Journey to Doing What I Love
After 18 years in the emergency restoration staffing industry, I never imagined I’d find myself here, creating and curating beauty products that bring joy to others. My previous career was rewarding in its own way, helping people in high-stress situations, solving problems, and running a business that impacted many lives. But over time, I realized that my true passion lies elsewhere — in the world of beauty, self-care, and creating products that make people smile.
It started small. I’d play with new lip glosses, try different skincare products, and marvel at the little things that made them special. I realized that there’s something magical in sharing these moments — in helping someone find that perfect lip shade, a scent that lifts their spirits, or a product that adds a little sparkle to their day.
Lil’ Delights Studio was born from that passion. My mission is simple: to bring beautiful, high-quality products to people who will enjoy them as much as I do. Each item is curated with care, chosen to delight, and designed to make everyday moments a little more fun and special.
Transitioning from a stable, long-term career to follow my heart hasn’t always been easy. It’s been a slow process of learning, experimenting, and building something entirely new. But every step has reminded me that it’s worth it to pursue what truly makes you happy.
