Each Mystery Envelope contains a hidden number — and that number is your reveal. It directly matches a product stocked on our shelves. Every single item, including both online favourites and exclusive in-stock products, is individually numbered from 1 to 238.

With over 200 envelopes in circulation, every order is completely random, making each unboxing exciting, unexpected, and one-of-a-kind. Some envelopes may even include bonus numbers for extra surprises or double reveals 

We also love personalising your experience where we can. If you prefer themes like Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears, Hello Kitty, or other fan favourites, we’ll do our best to match your style and make your mystery feel even more magical.

How It Works

• Choose how many Mystery Envelopes you’d like (1–20 envelopes per order)
• Write your preferred theme in the check out note section: we always do our best to match your theme, but some numbers may pull items outside your chosen theme due to the random nature of the envelopes
• We randomly select your envelopes from our mystery box
• We open each envelope and reveal the matching numbered item from our in-stock collection
• We carefully hand-pick and pack your items
• Your mystery order is securely packed and shipped out to you
