How to Use
Start with clean, dry skin. Remove the clear protective film, place the tattoo face down on the skin, then wet the paper backing thoroughly for about 20 seconds. Gently peel away the backing and allow the tattoo to dry before touching. To remove, gently rub with baby oil, mineral oil or petroleum jelly, then wash with soap and water.
