How to Use
Prep: Start with clean, makeup-free lashes.
Apply: Apply the primer just like mascara, starting at the base of the lashes and sweeping upward to the tips.
Dry: Allow the primer to dry for 15–30 seconds.
Finish: Apply your favorite mascara over the primer while it is still slightly tacky for best results.
Tip: If you want a more dramatic look, you can apply two coats of primer.
