Why is there a fee for the VIP Packing Video?

Each packing video is filmed individually, carefully edited, and prepared just for your order. Recording, editing, uploading, and sending the video takes significant time — especially on busy days when we’re packing many orders. The small fee simply helps cover the extra hours needed to create a personalized video while still allowing us to pack and ship everyone’s orders on time. We truly love making them and want to keep offering this special experience in a sustainable way 💕
