How to Use
HOW TO USE 1. Apply along the lash line using the applicator tip. 2. For a subtle sparkle, apply a thin line. 3. For a bold glitter effect, layer after the first coat dries. 4. Can also be tapped lightly over eyeshadow as a glitter topper. 5. Allow a few seconds to set before blinking fully. 6. Remove with makeup remover or gentle cleanser.
