How to Use
Start with clean, dry lashes.
Place the brush at the base of your lashes.
Wiggle the wand gently from root to tip to evenly coat lashes.
Apply additional coats for more length and intensity.
Allow to dry between layers to prevent clumping.
To remove, use a gentle eye makeup remover.
